Join Dee for two powerful days of learning, self-discovery, healing and transformation, designed to help you reconnect with yourself and approach life with greater calm, confidence and trust.

More than three years in the making, The Transformational Reset brings together Dee’s teachings, experience and life’s work, exploring the connection between your emotions, beliefs, nervous system, intuition and spiritual wellbeing.

Across the weekend, Dee will guide you through six stages of reawakening:

Remembering — Explore the soul self, the human experience and how life experiences can shape who we become.

Regulation — Understand your nervous system, fight-or-flight responses and emotional patterns, with practical tools to create greater calm, resilience and emotional safety.

Releasing — Learn Reiki Level 1 and receive your Reiki 1 attunement and certification, giving you a beautiful tool for self-healing. Those already certified can use this as a powerful refresher.

Reconnection — Strengthen your relationship with your intuition, higher self and inner wisdom.

Rewiring — Experience breathwork, visualisation, Reiki and healing practices designed to help create healthier emotional responses, greater self-belief and a deeper connection with yourself.

Rising — Step forward with greater awareness, acceptance and trust, making more conscious, heart-led choices in the way you respond to life.

With more than 14 hours of Dee’s teaching, guidance and practical work, this intimate weekend is an opportunity to step away from the noise, explore what may be happening beneath the surface and reconnect with yourself.

Reiki 2 Course

One-Day Course Dates: Enquire for next dates

You will learn distant and past-life healing techniques, how to conduct a Reiki session, chakra principles, practical exercises in giving and receiving Reiki and be attuned to two Reiki symbols. Two instructors (Dee and Leanne) for one-on-one training. This will provide the necessary training and discipline required to operate publicly as a Reiki practitioner (if you so choose).
Meditation calms the mind, body and soul as the mind chatter begins to quieten and the body becomes soft and gentle. As you meditate you learn to become still and observe life, which gives you the opportunity to be in the present, and live in the moment, as you move through you everyday life. Take some time out from your busy life and join Narelle at Vyve for meditation in Eltham where you will quieten the mind and begin to re energise your energy centres, in a safe, nurturing space.
