Meditations help you relax and instil a sense of balance, peace and harmony. Classes are limited to 10 and are very relaxed. It’s an easy class to join and Dee and Shelley welcome anyone interested in meditation.

Group Classes held every Wednesday
Morning Class: 9:30 – 10:30am
Evening Class: 7pm – 8pm

Meditation is a process of training your mind to focus, relax and redirect your thoughts. It’s an excellent tool to increase self-awareness and have a better awareness of your surroundings in everyday life. Ultimately, it helps you reduce stress and increases your ability to concentrate. It also develops other beneficial habits and feelings, such as a positive moods and generally better outlook on life, self-discipline and healthy sleep patterns.
